VTE’s role
VTE convenes partners, helps clarify complementary roles, and supports practical collaboration across existing services. Participating organizations continue to make their own service decisions and manage their own client relationships and records.
What partners can explore
A collaboration may focus on a defined population or transition, such as military-to-civilian pathways, education-to-employment connections, or access to community support. The partners agree on a manageable scope and assess what they learn before expanding.
